Movin' on up...hopefully
Well, this is an exciting post for us...we have decided to *try* and sell our condo. We recently found a new town home community not far from where we currently live that we have fallen in love with, and with prices and mortgage rates as low as they are, we would hate to miss out on the opportunity to "move on up." Of course, first we have to sell our condo, so if any of you know anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and quality built condominium, send them our way!

Good luck trying to sell! Where is the new townhouse place you want to move to? And how are things selling in "5 Star" these days (Brookline I think?). Hope everything goes well and that it all works out. Selling is such a pain!! Oh, I was wondering- do you know if the lady who bought our place still lives there? Just curious if she ever sold or anything!
