Well, that was easy...
So, after a whopping four days, we have signed a purchase contract with a buyer for our condo! We certainly weren't thinking things would happen this fast, but beggars can't be choosers. Now all we have to do is, oh you know, find a place to live, get a loan and move five years worth of unchecked accumulation of everything and anything! I think we're about as scared as we are excited.

well...now you have an extra room for me to stay in. Since, you know, Provo is so far away...and whenever I want to come visit you I'll need a place to stay. ;) Can't wait to come see the new place you've been looking at! We should go one day after I get off work and check it out.
