When Life Gives You Dirt, Get Dirty

Even though it has only been a few weeks, we are already getting sick of our dirt yard and are really looking forward to Spring when we -- Aaron =) -- can put the yard in. However, since we figure we can't keep the girls out of the dirt, we might as well embrace it. We throw the girls in their "dirty clothes" and just let them go to town. They dig it up, make mud, sit in it and make "food" out of it. You name it, they have done it.

Here are some pictures of them this morning. If you are wondering about the hats, Chloe got them so "the sun wouldn't get in Abby's eyes."  As cute as they are all dirty, we really like it when they're clean! Heere's to a early spring!

I am sure this is a special experience for them. Leave it mud until I can come and play in it too. I want to help them make mud pies (but not eat them, of course. That's gross. Besides, we're all on mud-free diets.)
