We have signed a purchase contract for our new place and are now just waiting for both our financing and that of our buyer to come through! The contracts have a closing deadline of March 31, so things are moving right along.
Our new place isn't quite finished yet (no flooring, cabinets, counter tops, sinks, toilets, light fixtures, light switches or door knobs), but we've been assured that this can all get done in just a few short weeks...in fact, we found out today that they began laying the tile yesterday! We we're actually really excited that none of the above things were done yet, because that meant we could pick all the options we wanted.

Devon that is so exciting! Where exactly is your new place? Love seeing the pictures of Chloe - she is so cute and getting so big. We will have to get together with Tawna soon and catch up!
