Well, that was easy...
So, after a whopping four days, we have signed a purchase contract with a buyer for our condo! We certainly weren't thinking things would happen this fast, but beggars can't be choosers. Now all we have to do is, oh you know, find a place to live, get a loan and move five years worth of unchecked accumulation of everything and anything! I think we're about as scared as we are excited.

Movin' on up...hopefully
Well, this is an exciting post for us...we have decided to *try* and sell our condo. We recently found a new town home community not far from where we currently live that we have fallen in love with, and with prices and mortgage rates as low as they are, we would hate to miss out on the opportunity to "move on up." Of course, first we have to sell our condo, so if any of you know anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and quality built condominium, send them our way!

Valentine's Day
Five years ago Valentine's Day, Aaron and I got engaged. I had been hoping for a ring for a while and Aaron kept telling me not to expect anything on Valentine's Day, so I was very excited when he took my blindfold off to a candlelit house with rose pedals all over.
Aaron had a delicious dinner ready and beautiful music playing in the background. After dinner, he gave me a small white box filled with keys and told me that if I could find the key that opened another box, a bigger, beautiful, wooden box (that I later found out Aaron made) I could have whatever was inside. I found the right key and inside the box was my engagement ring slid up on the stems of two roses (one red and one yellow--the colors I had told Aaron I wanted our wedding to be). Aaron then got down on one knee and the rest is history. It was the best decision of my life and I am so grateful to have Aaron as my husband.
Since that Valentine's Day, we have decided that we would have a pretty low key day. This year we went out to lunch and then bought ourselves new cell phones. Chloe loves dogs so when Aaron found this stuffed dog he knew it was the perfect gift to get Chloe. As you can see from the picture, she did love it and has dragged it (and the one that Grandma Searle gave her) around everyday since!

Chloe's One Year Photo
We took Chloe in for her one year photo shoot a couple of weeks ago. We think we've got a pretty cute little girl, but we are a little biased.

Chloe is Walking!
Chloe has starting walking! She is taking 4-5 steps...and then falling down, but we'll take it. We can't believe that our little baby is now a toddler. Here is a little video of her struttin' her stuff!
Girls Weekend
This past weekend all five of Aaron's sisters came into town for a girls weekend. It was a jam packed weekend full of eating and shopping! The girls didn't come in until late Friday night so we just met up for dessert and a short visit.
On Saturday, we went to the play "Thoroughly Modern Millie." It is a musical set in the 1920's. If any of you get the chance to see it, I definitely recommend it. After the play we went to dinner, then we realized that we needed to figure out what to have for dinner the next night so we could get what we needed from the store. We literally sat around and discussed for over an hour what to have! It goes to prove that when you are not hungry nothing sounds good!
Since we didn't want to go out on Sunday we had a big family dinner. It was nice to be able to just sit around and visit. Most of the sisters had only seen Chloe once so it was fun for them to get to play with her. They also spoiled her rotten with gifts. Angela got Chloe a baby doll and she loves it. She drags it all around the house and points to its eyes and nose.
Monday was our big shopping day and it was a lot of fun. Those girls sure can shop! I got some cute Valentines Day and Easter decorations for the house and a new book for Chloe. It was weird because that day was the first time that I had willingly left Chloe for such a long time. As fun as it was, I sure like having her around...I miss her too much when we're apart
