Fourth of July

In keeping with our traditional Fourth of July traditions, we woke up early to catch the big parade. Aaron was the lucky one to wake up early to get our spot (thank you, again) and he found a nice spot under a tree so we were in the shade the entire parade...good job!

After the parade, we went to the Searle's and played all day. This is the girls favorite part of the holiday because they just get to be with their cousins all day. It gets loud and a little rowdy at times, but we wouldn't trade it for the world.

Since fireworks were banned in the Searle's neighborhood this year, we headed into Provo to watch the fireworks that were being shot off as part of Stadium of Fire. We had a great spot right on the street so while we waited we set off our own fireworks and let the kids do their sparklers. It was the way to go!

Fun Times

We lucked out this year and had the entire Searle family purchase Pass of All Passes, which is a card that gets us into tons of attractions around Utah. So, with everyone in town for the Fourth, we took full advantage of  our cards and had lots of  fun. We spent an entire day at Seven Peaks playing in the water and another day at Trafalga racing go-karts and playing laser tag. The girls had so much fun playing with all of their cousins and going on all the different rides and slides with them.
