We would really like to only have one child in diapers at a time and with the new baby coming, we decided it was time to potty train Chloe. So I am asking for some tips and advice from the pro's - YOU! What worked for you, what didn't, etc...
We already have a mini toliet, a seat that sits on the actual toliet, and big girl panites that she got to pick out. So I think we have all the basics. Please help!

Well that toilet would sure do it for me. Or ruin me for life. Either or. ;)
We took a weekend that both of us were going to be home and we put Claire in big girl underwear and then fed her lots of Lemonade so she'd have to pee and we took her potty every half hour. That way she'd recognize the feeling of needing to pee. If she had an accident she had to help us clean it up. Also we bought her a book about going potty. Then got her a calendar with stickers so she could put a sticker on the days she had no accident. Then she got prizes for the first day/week/two weeks and so on she had no accidents.
It can be a struggle, but once you start don't go back.
Ah! I have no idea, but Chloe is so darn bright she'll probably just do it whenever she feels like it!
Henry thinks his little potty is just another stool or something. My mother in law always just told the kids that another baby was coming and only the babies wear diapers and apparently they'd just start using the potty since they didn't want to be called the baby, but that sounds way too easy, right? =)
